LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1600+ sq ft home with living room, dining area, counter seating, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating, located on the first floor/entry level.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, private bath with shower, and private gated deck access to the hot tub. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed and private bath with tub/shower. Upstairs third bedroom has double/twin bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Foosball table for the kiddos along with board games and card games. Smart TV with cable, Chromecast, along with fast WiFi. Laundry area located in hall closet with a stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Take in the scenery from two spacious back decks. Unwind in the fresh mountain air with a soak in the private hot tub, fire pit, and enjoy year-round grilling on the propane barbecue.

Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
