About this property
Large bach on Hillview - ideal for two families and pet friendly.
Our bach has everything you need to have a great holiday at the beach and to keep the kids entertained! It is a perfect setup for two families to share. It is split level – upstairs are three queen bedrooms, a full bathroom and a separate toilet. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and insect screens on the windows to help with the summer heat.
The middle level has a large kitchen with enough plates/glasses/cutlery to feed at least a dozen people. There are two separate dining tables, both seat six, which is great if the adults want some peace and quiet from the kids or the second table is great for doing one of the many puzzles provided. There is a big comfy sofa with a TV, and seating in the conservatory which gets the morning sun – perfect to sit while you enjoy your morning coffee.
A deck opens out from the kitchen/dining area. There is a large outdoor table that seats eight under a louvre roof, a BBQ, outdoor shower, large fenced lawn and a BIG trampoline. There is a perfect spot between the two trees to enjoy the provided hammock.
The lower level of the bach is perfect for the kids! It has a large bunkroom which sleeps four, it’s own bathroom and couch with TV. There are plenty of board games and DVDs to keep everyone entertained on rainy days. The lower level has the fourth queen bedroom and the games room. The games room has a pool table which flips to an air hockey table and that can be converted to table tennis also – hours of entertainment. The games room is a converted garage so there is an expandable gate to go across the roller door to keep little ones and dogs from wandering off.
The boat shed has a variety of bikes, boogie boards, soft top surfboards, chilly bins, beach blankets, buckets and spades, beach chairs, sun umbrellas and even a beach buggy to cart everything to the beach.
