This spotlessly clean villa has been recently renovated and has all the amenities to ensure you have a wonderful vacation. This 2 bed/2 bath villa has a private garage, wifi and smart tv's, as well as dishwasher, washer and dryer. The community offers a beautiful pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts and shuffleboard. The famous Siesta Key beach is only minutes away. Pets are not permitted.

Great location and host very responsive. I like to cook so I wish the kitchen had some basic baking pans and pot holders etc...when there is someone renting for a week and paying 3k having some cleaning supplies would be nice as well as basics like salt and pepper, extra paper towels.... I understand for simple weekend rentals not so much but for 7 nights....scale it up a little for that type of guest. Admittedly, after asking, Host was nice to leave extra dishwashing and clothes washing packets. Overall quite neigborhood...spacious unit. Very clean and safe. Having the garage to park in was a nice perk.
