This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the heart of Sarasota is fully furnished and move-in ready. It includes a queen-sized bed in one bedroom, and trundle bed in the other, a walk-in closet, and two full bathrooms. The spacious living area boasts a sofa bed, and the condo offers direct access to the larger heated pool, with a nearby communal laundry room.

The communal laundry room is located downstairs (8:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M.) and accepts payment via quarters or credit card using a downloadable app.

Parking: The condo comes with one designated parking space. Additional guest parking is available with a guest tag (7-day maximum for guests). No trucks or commercial vehicles are allowed.

Rental Rates:
- $3,150 per month from October to December
- $4,150 per month from January to April
- April- July $3000 per month. The minimum rental period is two months, and the maximum is six months.

Important Notes: This rental requires HOA approval, which includes an application, copy of ID, signed lease, interview, and screening with a $150 fee. Allow 2 weeks for processing. Additional time may be required if late submission of application.

HOA restrictions:
- No pick-up trucks or commercial vehicles. Guest parking limited to 7 consecutive days.
- No pets permitted (no exceptions per HOA).
- Pool usage (from 9 a.m. to dusk) is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty.
- No parties and no smoking on the premises. AC temperature must not be set below 70°F, and heating must not exceed 77°F. Please keep doors and windows closed when the AC or heat is running.
- Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

***Self check-in starts at 4 p.m., and self-check-out is by 10 a.m. Security deposit 10%-20% depending upon season

Our stay here was great! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for a week, the beds were comfy, and the neighborhood was very safe and quiet. While we didn’t get to go to the beach, I appreciated that some beach towels and accessories were available to use if we needed! We would happily return.

This property is close to everything. You literally are in the middle of everything. Supermarkets, Pharmacy's, Hospitals, Sports Complexes, Schools and the Beaches of Course.

What makes this property unique

We have two heated pools in our complex and our Unit is right in front of one of them. This also used to be a 55 & older community so a lot of the rules contribute to a tranquil environment.
