Thank you for your feedback. Prior to the booking, we informed the guest that the spa pool was scheduled for servicing and might not be available for part of their stay, and asked them to confirm if they were happy to proceed.
We always aim to communicate clearly with our guests and provide updates when needed, although we received very limited responses from the guest. We also supported them with an early check-in and coordinated with VRBO to help process their last-minute booking less than 15 hours before check-in, while doing our best to have the spa pool available as soon as possible.
For these reasons, we were surprised by the comments and believe there may have been a misunderstanding, possibly related to a discount request that we were unable to meet to their expectations.
