As this is a traditional Japanese house, the stairs are somewhat steep. Please exercise caution, especially if you have small children or elderly guests. For your safety, please use the handrails.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. If smoking is discovered inside the rooms—including the bathroom or bathroom—we will charge a special cleaning fee of 100,000 yen.

Please do not take any trash outside the facility under any circumstances. Neighbors may report this to the police.

If excessive use of gas, water, or electricity is detected, we may charge you separately from your room rate. Using multiple air conditioners while simultaneously operating a microwave or hair dryer may cause the circuit breaker to trip. We ask for your cooperation in conserving electricity and water.

There is no free parking available; please use the nearby coin-operated car parks.

If you damage any appliances or facilities, or stain the floors or walls, you will be charged the full cost of repairs in addition to the accommodation and cleaning fees.
Please take care not to remove or damage any facilities or furnishings.

Please make a reservation only if you agree to all of the following items, which are likely to result in complaints from neighbors.

・Parties, drinking gatherings, ban on banquets
・No smoking in the room or around the building
・No behaviour that disturbs nearby residents
・No loud noise (please keep it quiet after 9:00 PM)
・No bringing non-guests into the accommodation facility

If noise disturbances persist after a warning, we will report the matter to the police and may require you to leave immediately or impose a fine.

During your stay, you may be affected by external environmental factors such as construction noise in the surrounding area, everyday sounds from nearby residents, or temporary odours. As these are external factors beyond our control, we cannot offer refunds, discounts, or other compensation based on these circumstances.
We ask for your understanding of this policy when making your reservation.

To avoid any issues, we cannot store your luggage after check-out. Please use the coin-operated lockers at Tennoji Station.
