The suite includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a private bathroom, and up to two bedrooms depending on your group size. You also have your own private backyard with a BBQ, plus access to a 40 ft x 20 ft outdoor swimming pool shared only with the owner who lives on the upper level of the house.

ABOUT THE SPACE

The suite occupies the entire lower level of the house and is fully self-contained. You will not share indoor spaces with anyone.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Two private bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Nightly rates are for up to 2 guests using one bedroom together.
If two guests require both bedrooms, a 30$ fee applies.
Groups of 3 or 4 guests automatically receive access to both bedrooms.
