About this property

Kingsland - Escape to the Country

Kingsland is a lovely farm guest house located half way between Berry and Shoalhaven Heads. The surrounding paddock are home to several horses being rehabilitated (guests must not go near, pat or feed the horses).

Please note linen is not included - there will be Doona's and Pillow's (both with covers) but you will need to bring sheets and towels.

The property has 4 bedrooms and two renovated 2 bathrooms.

The kitchen was recently renovated which looks out to the large undercover outdoor area. The L shaped lounge and dining area offers guests a place to sit and enjoy each others company.

The beauty of Kingsland is that it is only 5 minutes to Historic township of Berry & 5 minutes to Seven Mile beach by car. Kingsland is a great escape for families and small groups.

*The property is Pet friendly (dogs are permitted to sleep in the laundry)

*There is a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children allowed to stay at the property

Great stay for a family

We had a lovely time at the guesthouse with plenty of space to relax and a well appointed kitchen. Handily close to Berry and the kids enjoyed seeing the farm animals too. Would love to come again!

Nice quiet stay

Kingsland was a nice property a few minutes away from Berry's town centre. All in all a great stay. Only complaint are the mosquitoes, but that's not really something the property is at fault for.

Idyllic countryside close to town

Spacious property with all modern amenities. Lovely to sit by the fire or outside under the pergola for a bbq. Good for families and groups of friends. Would stay here again

The Stevoes

A beautiful, quite and peaceful location surrounded by rolling hills with cows mooing in the distance. The 4 bedroom house had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. The wedding our family attended at Jaspers Brush was amazing, a fantastic weekend thank you from the Stevoes. WE'LL BE BACK

The place was exactly what we were after, a great green escape with wildlife and serene surroundings

Very large house with lots of outdoor and indoor space, great modern and large kitchen. 2nd toilet could have been more private but all in all a great place to escape from the city too for 5 nights or more. Everything was spotless and seeing rabbits, possums and birds galore was great. The views from inside the house was stunning and only bettered by seeing them from outside. We will be back

It was peaceful all the amenities were fine. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen and bbq area had everything. Was unsure if we could have a fire in the combustion stove, but there was no wood. It was cool in the evenings and a fire would have been brilliant

Pleasant Stay

The property is well positioned to Berry and in the rolling hills with beautiful scenery and friendly horses. The room configuration is good and the bedrooms are away from the living space. There are a few things to be aware of:There is a creek nearby and therefore there are mosquitoes inside the house on a regular basis.There is no clothes dryer There is no wifiWe had to request a hair dryer which was promptly brought to the propertyAn old tree fell over in the backyard which blocked off access for the car, we had to move it out of the wayThe kitchen is well equipped with everything you needIn general the property needs some attention given to it. But apart from that we had a good stay and loved building fires each day in the cooler evenings.
