Central Loft features reverse-cycle split system air-conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms, keeping the apartment comfortable year-round. Guests can open the bedroom doors to let cooling or heating flow through the whole apartment.

Central Loft is a four-minute drive from Dubbo CBD, home to much of the region's dining, entertainment and shopping. STAIRS: Central Loft is accessed via 20 exterior steps, as the apartment sits above the ground-floor shops.

PORTACOT: A portacot is available on request. For liability reasons it won't be assembled by our team on arrival, and cot linen isn't included.
