The house was great. Very clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully laid out - a great place for a big party. But, the location was not really ski-in/ski-out. You need to walk on a road to get to the trail as opposed to other properties where you can almost ski to and from the front door. I understand needing to walk a little bit to get to the trail, but we had to walk almost the entire length of the housing development. Plus, it was very icy, so dangerous. Maybe you could push yourself along on skis if there was more snow, but snow boarders are definitely walking a good bit.

We are fairly disappointed with your lack of understanding regarding the ski in and ski out. Many many properties were compromised due to the unseasonably warm weather, leaving absolutely no snow on the roadways that would typically be ideal for skiing directly to and from the property. This was explained to you.
