Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing

To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.



Pet Policy

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

$50 for 1 dog

$100 for 2 dogs

Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.



Smoking & Substance Policy

This is a smoke-free home:

No smoking or vaping

No recreational drug use

Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.



Neighborhood Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise outdoors to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver

A refundable $250 deposit may apply. Returned promptly after checkout if no damage or violation. Optional damage waiver available for peace of mind.
