The highlight of the house is the multiple living and dining areas flow to a low-maintenance alfresco domain, perfect for summer gatherings by the pool/spa. The spa is gas heated for cooler days or nights. There’s also a table tennis table in the garage, separate BBQ and fire pit zone, that are lovely separate spaces for family to spread out and enjoy.
Every detail reflects a relaxed coastal space where the home offers seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living. Positioned within walking distance of Sorrento Sailing Club, Diamond Bay and St Pauls General Store and only 4 mins drive from boutique shopping and dining of Sorrento Village.
