Welcome to Hayden Beach House in Portsea!
Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac between the Portsea front and back beach, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom beautifully styled beach house will wow you from the very beginning. It's a great place to gather family and friends.

Iconic Portsea Hotel, the pier and Shelly beach only 1.3 km away. Point Nepean National Park and Ocean Beach Road, the lively strip in Sorrento and the front beach is just a 5 min drive or leisurely 30 min walk. Short driving distance and you are amongst beautiful vineyards, restaurants, golf courses and the famous Peninsula Hot Springs.

Fully fenced yard with onsite parking for 4 cars.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
Hens parties by application only. Please message through your plans and we will come back to you promptly.


Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.

The property itself was very nice. It had all of the amenities you would expect and was in a great location. There was however a construction site right next door which we should have been made aware of at the time of booking. There was the constant noise of circular saws all through the day. Also we decided to extend our stay by an extra day and I was somewhat surprised that we were charged a higher rate than the average daily rate of the original booking. And then to add insult to that, we received an email the very next day indicating that if we wanted to extend our stay we would be offered a “special discounted rate”. Very poor communication.
