Whether you're sipping coffee on your private deck, beach or dock in the rear of the yard or unwinding in the screened-in lanai, the peaceful lakefront setting invites you to relax and recharge.

The sunsets over the lake are one of a kind that words cannot do justice to! If you choose, you can spend your entire stay right at the house and enjoy unlimited amenities for all weather and interests. While we hope your stay is purely for pleasure, there also is a full size desk, chair and workstation, with stunning views of the lake, to place your laptop on to sneak in some work (not too much!) or simply surf the web to book your next stay.

Located in the private, wooded community of Towamensing Trails, guests have access to top-tier amenities including a 190-acre lake. If you choose to leave your lakefront paradise, guests also have access to a public beach for guests only, outdoor pool, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and volleyball courts, playground, and a game room. Paddle boats and watercraft can be rented in season. The community also features a seasonal snack bar, an outdoor pavilion, and a year-round lounge that occasionally hosts meals, music, and dancing. (Note: To purchase alcoholic beverages, membership in the Trails Lake & Tennis Club is required‚otherwise, BYOB.)

The house itself is designed for comfort and connection, with a spacious modern kitchen with endless utensils, toaster oven, microwave, generous dining seating, a gas fireplace, and a jetted tub. It‚s family-friendly too, offering a crib, rocker, height chair, outlet covers, books and puzzles for children and adults alike. There is a private game room and gym with a foosball table, electronic arcade with hundreds of available games, children play kitchen, desk to color and board games to keep everyone entertained. After a day of activity, have a drink at the portable tiki bar in the living room which is equipped with glasses, bottle openers, mixers, shakers and other accessories are supplied.

In the winter, guests can enjoy Nordic skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling. After a day of activity, relax on your private beach or dock and enjoy the tranquil sunset.
