Escape to our stunning vacation chalet, where contemporary meets cozy charm. This spacious and cozy chalet offers the perfect retreat for families, friends, or groups seeking both relaxation and adventure. Inside, the chalet features a perfect blend of some modern upgrades and inviting, rustic touches, making it an ideal home base for your getaway.
One of the highlights of the property is the large, year-round swim spa and hot tub. Swim spa area will be amazing to cool down in the summer.
Absolutely no shoes in the house
Absolutely no loud music/noise after 11:00 pm (security is 24 hr on site)
Security cameras in the front and back of the house
Driver License or Passport must be shown upon request at check in date
Minimum age of primary guest is 25
Must clean after yourselves (extra $500 if DEEP cleaning is needed)
ALL garbage must be taken out upon Check Out
Extra cleaning fee of $100 pet if there are pets (more details on PETS tba)

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Please help us put all garbage and recycles in bags and take them out to the bins at the front of the house. The Bin lock code is 255
Please help us by putting all dishes and silverware in the dishwasher and turn it on before you check out.
If your group used the BBQ, please double check that the BBQ Grill is clean and that the gas level has been turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
