Rivergrass Pool and Hot Tub - POOL CLOSED FOR THE SEASON - HOT TUB OPEN YEAR-ROUND The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.
The Space This beautiful chalet has the perfect amount of space for 6 guests. Perfectly located a 3 min drive or 8 min walk to the Blue Mountain village and ski lifts. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all on the same level making it a great place for families and friends to dine and hang out. There`s also a balcony at the back of the unit with BBQ with an open view.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans and utensils that you would need to cook. There is also a toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings.
Dining & Living room: A table for 6 in the dining room will provide comfortable seating for your group while dining and enjoying the beautiful backyard view. Warm up by the electric fireplace with good company after a day of being on the hill.
Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a Queen and the other with 2 Single beds. There is a Full sofa bed for 2 people, easily converted from the living room sofa. Each bed is equipped with a minimum two pillows and a comforter. Plus, commercially laundered white bed linens, pillow cases and towels will be placed at each bedside.
Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
Guest access For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Bring your beach towels and toys! Beach access is available. Paid parking and entry tickets required. 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

My family was staying here for my daughters dance competition. It was so nice to have space big enough for a family of 4 within walking distance to the village. The place was clean and tidy and parking wasn't an issue. Having a comfortable place to stay made the 4 days away from home better.
The host was very responsive to any questions we asked. The property was very clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything needed. We do wish there was a Keurig coffee machine though. We had clean linens (beds were already made) and towels. And the view of the golf course from the back patio door was nice. The location is very close to the village. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definately book again.
Very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived and loved that it backed onto a golf course. We love the swimming pool and hot on the resort premises. A quick 5 minute walk to blue mountain resort where we enjoyed the restaurants, entertainment and the shops. Would stay here again.
Love the location close to the village and the convenience of Rivergrass.

We stayed at the Rivergrass condo for the weekend when we were at Blue Mountain to snowboard. It was perfect. Just as shown in the photos. We walked to the ski slope each day and were able to cook and eat at the condo! Was also great to be able to bring our fur baby with us!
This was an excellent place to be in the Collingwood area. Short walk to the village and Blue Mountain and an equally short drive to the town of Collingwood. There was plenty of space for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids w/ separate beds for the kids). We had our dogs too without issue. The unit is nicer than the photos having been recently updated (paint, finishes, kitchen, etc). Parking was easy. The kids attended hockey camp whilst we were in town and the ski locker had ample space for their equipment and likely could have fit 2 bikes had we brought them. The management staff was very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay for an extra night. They were responsive throughout.
Clean, short distance to village. Excellent amenities in kitchen and pool was clean.
Absolutely clean unit. Equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Including pull out sofa bed. Excellent communication with owner and able to honour request to check in early. Quick walk to village. Kids and adults all enjoyed. Will definitely highly recommend and book again!
