We had a wonderful stay here at the townhouse. It was perfect for our family of 5 (even when all three kids wanted to sleep in one bed)Only a few things that could use some fixing but overall stay was excellent.Toilet seat in the powder room was almost falling off and the water pressure for the shower was very weak (not sure if that's just for the townhouses overall). I definitely recommend this place even with those miniscule little thingsThank you for giving us a wonderful place to stay!

It was clean and It's very pet friendly. Great neighborhood close to a great plaza. Very close to wem. Owner is easy to contact and is very accommodating. Very quiet can't hear the neighbors.

We enjoyed the fireplace, comfortable couch, deck, and clean bedding. However, considering the high price, we expected better cleanliness, maintenance, and communication.The biggest concern was visible mold in the washing machine, which made us uncomfortable using it and needs to be properly addressed. A pan was also left with black, burnt-on residue that I had to scrub clean myself. The glass kitchen table was badly scratched with no placemats provided, and the stand-up shower had very poor water pressure.Communication was disappointing. At one point it took 10 days to receive a response, and on checkout day we waited about an hour for a reply. We also accidentally missed adding our pet during booking and were surprised by the additional pet charge when this was corrected.Overall, there were some nice features, but for the price, the cleanliness issues, especially the mould, poor communication, maintenance concerns, and unexpected additional cost made the stay feel like poor value.
