Melanie was quick to reply to our inquiries. The instructions and directions were very clear, and we appreciated that this is a ground level/1st floor unit. Our doodle joined us on our family vacay and she loved it too! WEM is only a quick drive away and everything you need is only a couple of blocks away. It’s a newer area so it felt safe to go for an early morning run around too.

This was a great place to stay! It was quiet, and the perfect size with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a washer and dryer. It had everything that we needed for our 9 days get away. Everything that we required, such as groceries, restaurants, and a great sourdough deli, were all within 10 minutes driving time. Would stay here again.

The property was great—very clean, quiet, and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent it again.The only slight un comfort was that the single bed was much smaller than expected. I thought it would comfortably accommodate an adult, but it seems better suited for a child.As a former VRBO owner, I have a few suggestions that could make the stay even better:Add two patio chairs so guests can enjoy the outdoor space.Replace the master bedroom mattress with a thicker, more comfortable one.Provide more than two bath towels for guests.Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would happily book this property again.

everything was very good, just a couple of things that would have made it perfect,1) if the shower heads was a hand held. ( as myself and my daughter are both disabled and this would have made it much easier, 2)No fault of the condo or the owner , Edmonton is not a very wheelchair friendly city. I knew going in that there were 2 steps going in the building. and we managed ok with the 2 steps. so I give this condo 4 and 3/4 stars

The property was easy to find and it was nice having a reserved parking space. The rooms were well laid out and perfect for our two children with two full bathrooms. Communication with Melanie was excellent. Cleaning could be a little better but Melanie was apologetic about it when we did let her know (sink had food and we later found a used coffee pod in the coffee machine and hair in the bathroom). Despite all of this (minor issues), we would come back if Melanie would have us again. Thank you.

Great location and close to west Edmonton mall. We were in town for hockey at the Twin Rinks and it was a 6 min drive. It felt very safe and was a great stay.
