This apartment is clean, comfortable, and easy to stay in. It is suitable for couples, business travellers, solo guests, and small families.



The apartment includes a queen bed, private balcony, full kitchen, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, heating, and one secure car space.



Bedroom

The bedroom has a queen bed, fresh linens, blackout curtains, and built-in wardrobe storage.



Living area

The living area has a comfortable sofa, smart TV, air conditioning, heating, and access to the private balcony.

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM.



• Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



• Returning guests: Returning guests can enjoy free late check-out until 11:00 AM.



• Early check-in: Early check-in may be available. We will let you know once cleaning is finished.



• Gym & pool: A one-time induction is required before using the gym and pool.

Induction times:

Monday–Friday: 7:00 PM

Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM



• TV: You can log in to your own Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming accounts.



• Access card: Your elevator key is also your building access card. Please keep it with you. You need it to enter the building, use the elevator, and access your floor.



• Security: The building has CCTV in common areas and secure key fob access. Security staff are also on-site from 6:00 PM on weekends.



• House rules: No smoking, no pets, no parties, and no events. Please respect the apartment, building facilities, and neighbours.
