Both bedrooms are on the second floor, including a primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and Mini Split A/C, and a secondary bedroom with a queen bed as well as a TV. A full bathroom is conveniently located upstairs, with a half bath on the main level.

The inviting living room features a TV and Mini Split A/C, along with a sliding door that opens to a private patio—perfect for unwinding after a beach day or grilling dinner for the family. Enjoy all the conveniences of home in a peaceful resort setting.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
