The 8th Green Cottage is a relaxing oasis in the heart of Orlando. Located less than 10 minutes from downtown. Sitting on the historic 1928 Dubsdread golf course. Enjoy the great views, pleasant and quiet neighborhood all with easy access to everything Orlando has to offer. Location is key when traveling and the 8th Green Cottage delivers.

The 2 bedroom 1 Bathroom 900 sq ft GUEST cottage sits next door to our main home.

Attention: There is a pool in the backyard of the main home that is not included in the rental. If you would like to use it please let us know ahead of time so we can see if it is available

This cottage was amazing. Very cute, very cool lay out, everything you need with character for days. House was pet friendly, small fenced area to let them get air as well. Furnished with everything you could need and even had some cool local things you could purchase during your stay. If you need to be in Orlando, stay here, nothing else needed!

This rental had everything we needed. The host thought of everything. I rent through VBRO a couple of times per year and I loved this place. Close to an amazing golf course plus all the restaurants you could ask for. I will definitely rent from Andrew again.

Cottage is small inside except for the master bedroom. Strange layout, If you are a small single person or 2 adults, maybe a pet, it's OK. However, you bump into each other going through the kitchen to use the only bathroom or to shower in the tiny shower stall. If you just want a clean place to make coffee, just sleep and order take-out or eat out, it's OK. Not enough counter space,in kitchen or bathroom, nor equipped well to cook any meals. The bathroom doorknob got loose right before we left, and it took a while to get it to open up.

Eighth Green Cottage is in a nice, safe neighborhood. It is conveniently located to Winter Park, great shops, restaurants, and I-4 access. We will definitely be staying here again.

A great property, in one of the nicest areas of Orlando. Super responsive owner when the bathroom door handle broke. Shower is small if you are a big person might not be for you. Super spot if you want access to downtown Orlando but the quiet of a beautiful historic neighborhood.

This is a very spacious guest house in a safe neighborhood. Great location and a short drive to a lot of popular areas. There was construction going on across the street, but the sound didn’t pick up in any of my virtual meetings. The hosts were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Littlr Cottage

We rented this cottage for out of town guests to stay while attending a baby shower. The cottage was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is safe and conveniently located to Publix and restaurants. We will stay here again. The shower very oddly placed, but it was not a problem.

Cute little house

This was a cute little house that was centrally located to Disney Parks and Universal Studios. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Very quiet neighborhood which was awesome for us to come back to after our times at the parks. Highly recommend, it is a tiny home, but having the washer and dryer was a plus, we did all of our laundry before we left back to Texas.

Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful time at 8th Green cottage! We wanted to spend time in Winter Park and the location was perfect, only a few miles away! It’s such a lovely, historic neighborhood, great for walking. The owner Matt was quick to respond to a few questions that we had. The master bedroom was huge and both bedrooms had comfortable beds. Thanks so much! Peggy and Bruce (and friends that visited for 2 nights)
