The location of the unit could not be better! The location was very close to the Langley Event Center, and my family rarely used the vehicle as is was quicker to walk, than to drive. So thankful for the reasonable pricing! Areas that could use improvement would there that there was unfortunately no mugs available, therefore my family was preparing hot drinks and using recycled Tim Hortons paper cups the entire week-end. Also, no dish soap was available for washing dishes, and we couldn't figure out how to use the dishwasher (a manual for the dishwasher and how to use the heat would of been helpful). As of cleanliness, it could of used a good dusting and tub scrubbing. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and the unit was new. With a few minor changes, I think this would be a great place to return.

Terrible experience at this Verbo place. Mattress was super soft (fall through), and the bed frame's edges were a nightmare - kept getting hurt on them. Dishwasher was busted, but the host threw in a free night, so that's a plus. Dryer didn't dry, no dish soap, and the dish sponge was dirty (excessively used) and broken(littrelly falling apart). Coffee setup was a joke - cheapest Maxwell House coffee, a Walmart-level coffee maker, and mismatched filters. No mugs, dirty baking tray, and cutlery for two people; No scissors to open stuff, either. Host tried to sneak in extra charges - $40 for non-existent guests. Refund took 3 weeks. Additionally there was an extra $100 for Verbo fees. Not worth it. Skip this place unless you're desperate and don't plan on cooking or drinking coffee before starting your day.
