Beautiful & Cute, Fully Private 430 sqft boutique suite with on site to the door parking. Beautiful Queen bed with full linens. Tons of windows for lots of natural light. Heating control in suite, so you can choose your level of comfort. Cute kitchenette with dishware, utensils, microwave, toaster & Stainless bar fridge. Coffee bar, stocked with hot beverages. Dining table set for four. Small outdoor rose garden terrace with bistro set. In suite washroom with pedestal sink, walk in shower, fresh towels & toiletries. Self Check-In with Keyless Code Door Lock. Quiet family friendly street with our lovely Sendal Estate Gardens less than one block away located on our same street, perfect for picnics & walks. Many walking and hiking trails nearby. Downtown, Casino & many cute shops and restaurants are only a 15 minute walk. Transit stop as well as easy access for taxis and Uber. In suite WiFi, Large screen TV with new release movie selections. Pet friendly (one dog $20 pet fee) We love to spoil our guests! Looking forward to hosting you soon!

Nice place

Place was great place. Perfect for the 2 of us. Close to events we were in town for. Easy to check in l, quite, private and cozy. The snacks were a nice touch. Comfortable bed and would definitely recommend.

Lovely Space

The suite was very well appointed with lots of little extras (we enjoyed the snack basket). The bed was comfy and the hosts were readily available if we needed anything. It was a great place to stay. We highly recommend.

Not new, but quiet.

The location was great and easy to get to many areas of interest. Bed was comfortable. Snacks left for guests was a nice touch. Parking in front of unit was great. Linens and towels in the bathroom did not smell clean. The whole unit had an odor that seemed to come from the bathroom that was from the toilet water. Very unpleasant so had to close the bathroom door all day to keep the whole room from smelling. Cleanliness of unit was ok, but could use some deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom. The first step into the main room could also have a visual warning aid to prevent people from tripping.

Perfect Retreat for me and my dog

Bob and Trish have created a beautiful little studio space, but don't let the size fool you. They designed it perfectly to have all the essentials! There's even a little patio space, private and just right for a morning coffee. I traveled with Paul, my golden retriever, who enjoyed the neighbors and the neighbor

3 night stay

The studio was perfect for us. Comfortable and clean! Loved the bed and the couch was also comfortable. We love our morning coffee and that was all there and easy to use. The neighborhood was wonderful and the most beautiful little park is a two minute walk down the street. Even a little conservatory!

So relaxing!!!

Such a lovely, very quiet location. Easy walking distance to botanical park and nature trails. Very comfortable bed, slept so well in this very cute suite. Can’t overstate how quiet it was. Drive right up to the door and bring your bags in. So much more relaxing than staying in a hotel, no comparison actually. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Langley.

Father and Daughter team have lived in the Lower Mainland all their lives. For the past 10 years have run a local cupcake shop. Now retired they have turned into spoiling guests that stay in their lovely Sweet Boutique Suite.
