The host is very nice, and she keeps the place very clean, but I paid too much for what I was getting. There is very little privacy, and the bathroom is shared with several other people.

Hi Sandra, I am happy to hear that you had a high regard of me and liked the cleanness of my suite. I will work harder to serve my guests and hopefully to be able to serve you again with even better service in the future. I am also very surprised to see that you left a 6. I thought you enjoyed your stay. We had very pleasant chats now and then. I think the misunderstanding is that you thought the bathroom should be private for the price you paid. However, It is shared. It's written in my description that the bathroom is shared. The bathroom has a lock, so is your bedroom. I believe no one invaded your private space during your stay. And your room is separated by a long hallway, a kitchen and a living room from other guest rooms. You didn't have any neighbour next to you. So your room is in a pretty quiet corner. It is also facing our backyard, no traffic, no pedestrians' noises at all. My other guests went to work daytime and they only came back to sleep. I am sorry you expected a private bathroom. If you had talked with me beforehand, we could have worked out other alternatives. Unfortunately, two months after your reservation and one month during your stay, I never heard you complaining about no private bathroom. Sorry the room was not meeting your expectation of not having a private bathroom for the price you paid. Hopefully, in the near future, I will do some renovations and put a bathroom in every room. At that time, I will be able to welcome you again. Or next time, you can book my trailer that is price-wise very economical and totally private.

Why they chose this property

Very picturesque, quiet and safe. It's in between Langley and Abbotsford. So, not much traffic, not much hassle like Vancouver, yet very affordable and still very convenient with quick access to Highway No. 1 to go to Vancouver, Burnaby, or any other cities and two bus routes that can take you to Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Surrey easily. Ideal for business trip stops, visiting local friends and family members, living and raising kids.

What makes this property unique

It's self-check-in and out. Keyless and contactless.

It's very accessible for people that do not like stairs. No steps or stairs at all. The living room is super spacious and equipped with quality furniture. It has very comfy leather chair. Stationaries, staples and pens are provided.

The kitchen is open concept and has all the tools you need to make a delicious meal or bake bread and cookies. No matter you want to rest, party or work here, it will meet your needs.

We have a swing in the front and trampoline in the backyard if you bring your kids along. A bike with a trailer can also be provided if you like outdoor activities. We have tennis rackets, badminton rackets, bikes, 1 scooter, 2 skating boards. Lots of toys, books and a pingpong table too!
