Welcome to Drift by the bay

A modern coastal retreat designed for chill vibes and relaxed living — where comfort meets convenience by the sea.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Swansea’s Main Street, you’ll find everything you need close by: supermarkets, Dan Murphy’s, pubs, clubs, cafes and specialty shops.

Right across the road is Black Neds Bay, where you can launch the provided stand-up paddleboards or canoe, explore the mangroves, or enjoy a spot of fishing (we’ve got gear and life jackets ready for you!).

Cruise along the scenic Swansea Channel on our bikes, or if you’re up for a longer ride, connect to the beautiful Fernleigh Track.

Want to hit the beach? You’re just a 5-minute drive to:
* Caves Beach
* Blacksmiths Beach (both patrolled)
* Swansea Bay Beach
* Grannies Pool (perfect for little ones)

Or after a day of adventure, unwind in the infrared sauna.

The Space

Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped galley kitchen that flows onto a large undercover deck — perfect for outdoor dining or lounging with a movie on the Smart TV. Fire up the Webber BBQ and kick back on the generous corner lounge.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably, across 3 stylish bedrooms:
* Master suite with queen bed, walk-through robe, and private ensuite
* Second bedroom with queen bed
* Third bedroom with a queen/king single bunk bed combo and trundle — ideal for kids or larger groups

You’ll also enjoy:
* A spacious main bathroom with a standalone tub and separate toilet
* A discreet laundry area with washer/dryer

Parking & Extras

Plenty of off-street parking is available, including:
* Large driveway
* Carport space
* Extra driveway for a boat or JetSki trailer

Linen and bath towels are provided, along with essentials like:
* Dishwashing & laundry detergent
* Hand soap
* Body wash
* Shampoo & conditioner
* Toilet paper
* Please remember to bring your beach towels

🌿 A Note About Nature
Being right by the water means you’ll sometimes encounter sandflies, especially in the warmer months. To make sure you stay comfortable, we’ve provided insect repellents for you to use. A quick spray before heading outdoors usually does the trick so you can enjoy all the beauty of our coastal escape.


Guest Access

You’ll have full access to the entire home, front and back yards (except the locked garage and attached room). Check-in details and key access will be sent the day before arrival.

Please Note:
* House must be left clean and tidy, with all dishes washed and put away before departure
* Quiet hours from 10 PM — we’re in a peaceful residential area
* No smoking or candles
* Not suitable for bucks or hens nights
