Seaside home with unobstructed sea and sunset views!
This is the perfect sea side abode! Bathing suit and towel you just cross the road and you're down by one of Gozo's/Malta most beautiful coves.
The vista from the large terrace is of eternal sunsets, dramatic cliff faces and of course the compelling mediterranean blue!
The apartment has been more of a second home than just a summer residence. It has two very comfortable bedrooms, both with their own shower rooms. Everything else is very open plan which is very sociable and living/dining/sitting room all have stunning sea views.
There also is a small back yard.
There are only 2 other apartments in the block so not at all noisy!

Why they chose this property
Situated in the fishing village of Xlendi on the island of Gozo, the smaller sister island of Malta, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment has unobstructed sea and cliff views. The apartment faces west and therefore enjoys wondrous sunsets from its large terrace. It is fully furnished and has a great sea side feel to it. There are only 2 other apartments in the block. One is able to walk down to the dramatic Xlendi cove and enjoy a swim in the azure waters without having to tag along all the extras.
In the evening the bay comes to life due to the 3 or 4 delicious waterside restaurants but is never noisy as there are no clubs or rowdy bars. During the day one can rent canoes, paddle boats and even leave on day trip around the island on a converted fishing boat. Bus connections are good and travel around the island easy. It's also perfect for diving beginners and enthusiasts as the waters are clear and deep.
