Location de centre ville idéale

Excellent contact avec la propriétaire et, ensuite, le concierge gérant le lieu. Appartement correspondant exactement à notre besoin. Aménagement en matériel ménager, immobilier et petite "quincaillerie" de cuisine idéaux. Une curiosité cependant, la surface des toilettes très ...... réduite, l'impression que l'architecte avait oublié le lieu en dessinant l'appartement et s'est rattrapé tant bien que mal en aménageant un cagibi. Une place de parking dédiée, l'accès par véhicule contrôlée par télécommande et pour résumé un lieu au centre même de la ville. Nous n'avons pas profité du jardinet clos -températures de janvier quasi polaires - mais le lieu est bien aménagé et relativement tranquille. Merci Sophie de votre disponibilité, cordialement, CL
