Seaview villa, walk to the beach & Ahuriri

Our sunny 1910 villa on Napier Hill is our much-loved family home, full of character, quirks and beautiful sea views.

We travel often and love staying in lived-in homes, so we’re opening ours to guests who appreciate warmth, comfort and charm. A short walk to Ahuriri village and the beach, it’s the perfect base for families, couples or friends exploring Napier.

Our small character villa has open-plan living with a sunny lounge, dining area and large, well-equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms: a master with a super king bed, a second room with a queen, and a cosy kids’ room with single bunks.

The main bathroom includes a shower over bath, basin and toilet. Right outside on the deck is a second bathroom/laundry with a shower, toilet, laundry sink, washer and dryer — perfect for families or longer stays.

The house is well laid out, with all the living spaces at the front and the bedrooms together at the back. Off the dining room, French doors open to a generous deck with outdoor furniture, all-day sun and beautiful sea views. A private lawn area is also at the front of the house.

Please note, there is onsite parking for two cars, or three small cars. There is no street parking right outside the house, but just s short walk up or down.
