Beautiful 4 Bedroom Villa with Ocean Views and Beach Access
Visit Kokomo Cay! An inviting 4 bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom villa overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Set on a hill, the views of the Ocean and lush vegetation are breathtaking. A short walk down the property will lead you to deeded access to the beach where you can find a swimmable area of White Sound beach and also some gorgeous caves. The villa has an open concept layout and expansive decking which is great for entertaining. Close to On Da Beach, Firefly, Abaco Inn and only a few minute golf cart ride to town. The location is perfect! The upper level of the villa includes a primary bedroom attached to the main living area, kitchen and dining and a 2nd bedroom located on the other side of a breezeway. 2 other bedrooms and bathroom are situated on the lower level of the villa and can not be accessed from inside the main level. Entire villa will be refurnished by March 2026 (king beds in 3 of the bedrooms).
