L'hébergement correspondait exactement à l'annonce. Cette maison aux murs épais sur trois niveaux était très spacieuse : au rez de chaussée, deux chambres dont une très grande, une salle d'eau et un toilette séparé ; au premier l'espace de vie très grand avec le coin cuisine et l'accès balcon-terrasse ; et au troisième deux grandes chambres et une salle d'eau. Les conditions climatiques exceptionnelles de cette année ont fait qu'au troisième niveau (sous les toits) il faisait très chaud, mais il y avait 4 gros ventilateurs sur pied.Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire, mais il nous avait envoyé toutes les informations pour l'accès et l'emplacement de la boite à clés. Très réactif, il a répondu à tous nos questionnements.Le bourg de Vitrac est un peu à l'écart de la circulation estivale et nous avons pu pleinement profiter du calme tout en étant au coeur des centres d'intérêt du Périgord Noir. Nous recommandons cette location pour son rapport qualité-tranquillité-emplacement.

Tres belle region pour visiter grottes, gouffres, châteaux, fermes,village classé et la dordogne pour baignade et canoë. Avec un bon logement atypique de la region

Voyage Dordogne

Notre séjour à été génial. La maison est bien placée. Nous avons fait du canoë des randonnées à pied et en vélo nous avons été au restaurant l'identique à Carsac et à la clé de voûte à Sarlat nous avons visité le château des Milandes et lascaux 4 et le gouffre de Padirac

Une maison avec le nécessaire pour des des vacances sereines. Elle est très bien placé dans ce petit village typique. Et proche de tout ce dont on avait besoin : Sarlat pour les visites et la Dordogne se rafraichir 😉

Vacances en famille inoubliables

La maison est vraiment très belle et tout le monde s'y est vraiment bien senti. C'est très spacieux et même pour les enfants c'était top. Elle est tres bien située géographiquement pour que nous puissions faire toutes les visites que nous voulions faire. Nous avons meme pu aller a la plage ! Merci bcp !!!!

maison typique de bourg

Très bien placée géographiquement, face à l'église dans un tout petit village typique du Périgord. Il y a un petit commerce de proximité avec beaucoup de produits locaux et qui fait bar ainsi que des animations tous les samedis. La maison est fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Par forte chaleur ses murs épais retiennent très bien la fraicheur. Cette maison est super bien placée parce que toutes les visites et activités à voir ou à faire dans le Périgord noir sont dans un rayon de 50 km max à la ronde. Et je n'oublie pas de remercier Me B... pour son chaleureux accueil et le bon entretien de la maison.

Maison typique, charmante, au calme et situation idéale !

Maison périgourdine absolument charmante, agréable et extrêmement bien située pour effectuer les visites (Castelnaud, La Roque Gageac, Beynac, Domme, Sarlat...). Une base canoé à 3 minutes de la maison (descente de la Dordogne à faire absolument). A 1h15 seulement, nous avons poussé jusqu'à Rocamadour, le Gouffre de Padirac et Autoire sur une journée : Sublime) N'hésitez plus, louez cette maison, fonctionnelle, typique et restaurée avec beaucoup de goût et de simplicité qui sera ravir toute la famille !
