Perfect Wisconsin home

The house is spacious and had everything needed. Quality appliances and plenty of fridge space for a family. he property was quiet, well maintained, and on a nice residential street. Art was responsive and very accommodating. Easy access to Bayshore shopping and the water.

Reunion Weekend

We had a great time this weekend and can't Thank You enough for giving us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home! Location was fantastic! It was five minutes to Bayshore and 15 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. We enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning at the table with an umbrella, and evening walks in a very safe neighborhoodafter dinner, despite the warm weather. Central air worked great, and there was a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms upstairs and we brought our own fans (WooZoo fans are the best!) for the other two bedrooms. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there's a full washer and dryer in the back hall if needed. If you needed a fourth bed, there's plenty of room for a blowup mattress. Half bath on the first floor and full bath with bathtub on the second floor. The only thing missing was a safety handrail in the bathtub. There were plenty of bath towels available. Would have liked to had a few more hand towels, and there were no washcloths that we could find. Art was a great host, very friendly and available by phone if necessary. We look forward to coming back!!

What a wonderful home in a tranquil setting. Couldn't have asked for a better venue as some of our family met and enjoyed each other's company. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook in the future. Thank you Art, you are a gracious host.

North Shore Home

We had everything we needed to have a good time. Our host was extremely responsive when we found ourselves unable to get back in the house. (My fault). We prepared our Thanksgiving feast there. The family room with the big TV and thousands of channels was our main hangout.

Why they chose this property

The property recently completed a redesign throughout. New appliances, large rooms, wall mounted TV screens. Located a few minutes to beautiful beaches traversing the shoreline of Lake Michigan, Milwaukee, Whitefish Bay, Fox Point and Shorewood. Located seven miles from downtown. The property is well situated within the greater North Shore area. The Bayshore Town Center is within a five minute walk, it is a large shopping center with coffee bars, Trader Joe's and much more. Kletzsch Park, historically rich in Milwaukee's past, originally an Indian Burial ground then later owned by the Blatz Brewing family, is less than a mile and has a great waterfall and fishing in the river. In the fall and the spring thousands of Salmon attempt to jump the falls to return to their birthplace. 'Clovernook Estates', the enclave community it's located within has a character different and distinct. A feeling of residing within an environment of nature. Many types of trees and plants are present. The house has a unique feeling of contemporary.
The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and serene.
