NOTES:

Included amenities to help you settle in, we provide a guest welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk, 3-in-1 body wash, hair care products, and 2 toilet rolls. After these are used, you’ll need to purchase your own supplies. All linen is included as part of our Premium Linen Service and we also provide beach towels for your convenience.

We do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels.



On street parking is available in our quiet neighbourhood street as no garage parking is provided.



Please note, this property is NOT for parties, events, functions, or schoolies groups. We kindly ask that you refrain from making any such requests, as we do not condone or host these types of events. The property is also strictly NO smoking. This is a peaceful retreat best suited for families, friends, and small groups who seek a quiet, relaxing stay. Please respect your neighbours with minimal noise after 10pm.



The cleaning charge covers a standard clean. If the apartment is left with excessive garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or cigarette smell, additional cleaning and replacement costs will be charged.
