We have quiet boutique villas away from the high rises and noise of the esplanade - the perfect place to unwind and indulge. Find it hard to part with your pet? All our units are pet-friendly! $50 Fee applies

We have three beautiful, spacious two bedroom, pet-friendly Waterfront Villas available in the heart of Mooloolaba. They each have a full kitchen and living area, private balcony and courtyard overlooking the tranquil canal. If this Villa is unavailable please contact us as we have 3 waterfront Villas.

All have direct access to the pool and canal, there is a pontoon if you would like to bring your boat.

We are just a short walk from Mooloolaba Beach and the Esplanade, close to some beautiful dog-friendly beaches, and only 15 minutes from Sunshine Coast airport.

This particular villa has two queen beds -4 people

There are 3 waterfront Villas side by side a house and garden-view studios.
- Bond and pet fee is payable on arrival to the property directly. No Schoolies Please

Large townhouse with private access to the pool. Fully fenced courtyard - pets are welcome.
Q: Can I leave my dog unattended?
No - Dogs can bark and get quite distressed if left alone in a different environment. We have pet minding facilities, please book in advance to avoid missing out.

Excellent pet friendly accommodation

Nice and relaxing and good canal view. Enjoyed every second in this accommodation. Would love to be back. It is expensive so cannot stay for more days.

Wonderful experience

A friend and I, along with our puppies, stayed in the 2 bedroom villa (villa 2) for 4 nights. It was everything we expected and the location was excellent, 5 minute walk to supermarket and 8 minute walk to restaurants, beach (including puppy dog beach}, esplanade walk, The Wharf and several retail outlets (clothing, gifts etc). Very relaxing environment and the outdoor area was a great bonus for the puppies and for us to sit and have happy hour with sunset view in the evening and coffee/breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future

Saltwater Villas

Our family (including our dog!) loved staying here. The place was so clean and it’s location was amazing. It was just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we visited the Sunshine Coast in the future.

Fabulous location to recharge the batteries

We loved our stay at Saltwater Villas. The managers were awesome and the location is fabulous. Our boys didn’t stop swimming and kayaking for two days. Pandy the pooch loved it too. We could swim while she remained safe but close to us. The only suggestion I would have is to restock the kitchen with some more utensils, frypans and salad bowls. One set of tongs, one frypan and one salad bowl wasn’t enough for family cooking. Also no bottle opener.
