2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the beach with direct access to the ocean, and just a short stroll to the Esplanade, Surf Club, Wharf, and all restaurants, bars, and cafes.

Air conditioning, Wifi, balcony, wooden floors.
A Queen Bed and 1 Single Bunk bed set with a Trundle underneath to accommodate up to 5 guests, maximum 3 adults as the top bunk and trundle are for children only.
Underground parking for 1 vehicle which must be 1.85m in height maximum to get in. Most 4WD will damage the garage entrance ceiling so you are requested to park on the street if you have a 4WD.
FIrst Floor location, stairs only
You may hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays.

Please note that this property has a strict no function/party policy and does not accept schoolies/school leavers bookings.

Great situation; views to the waves which are only a few metres away.Apartment is quiet, clean and well maintained. It would be even better if the kitchen was better equipped but overall we loved our stay

Perfect Location

Loved our stay in Mooloolaba, easy access to beach and shops on the Esplanade. Parking was a nice bonus, would stay again...As Americans would have like an actual coffee maker in the apartment, but have learned that's not common....

Magnificent & Mooloolaba is simply the best. Accomodation perfect, however went to book again for 2 weeks in 13 months time but wouldn’t because I had to pay 30% deposit non refundable. Was happy to pay deposit that becomes non refundable say 3/6 months before we arrive.

Great location and nice style apartment

This was a cute renovated apartment close to just about everything. We really enjoyed staying here. There were a few minor things, like a few lightbulbs not working… but nothing to complain about. We will definitely return if we stay in Mooloolaba again.
