Absolute beachfront, no roads to cross, and literally 30 metres to the sand, the building is right in front of the patrolled section of Mooloolaba Spit.

Endless views with a perfect northerly aspect. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1 per floor apartment and has sweeping views of the ocean and over to the river and marina.

5 minute stroll along the boardwalk to Mooloolaba Esplanade, restaurants, cafes and shops, fresh seafood markets, playgrounds and parks. A hop skip and jump to the amazing wharf and its eating options as well as Sea World and the Surf club.
