in the newly built house Stock & Stein has 2 separate bedrooms available, a guest bathroom with washing machine, bathroom with shower and Greater rain showers. The light-filled living room with electric blinds goes into a dining area with adjoining modern kitchen with all amenities. The bedrooms are decorated in a theme Stock & Stein. Lighting with LED light bars and light waterfall in every room underline the modern and exclusive ambience. by 4 handicapped outputs, guests come over a 50 m² large stone terrace spacious outdoor sauna with relaxation area. Here is the barbecue. Stock & Stone is located on the outskirts of the village in Gerolstein Roth, at the foot of the volcanic cone Kopf, amidst meadows and forest. In a very quiet location overlooking the hills of the Eifel Volcano the house is located on Eifelsteig with many entrances to cycling trails. Stock & Stone is a modern architect-designed house with great comfort. There has been much emphasis on details. The work of local materials such as wood and stone, inspired the name of the property. The house is built for wheelchair users, wheelchair accessible with wide doors. Pets are welcome. The location of the house is facing south, with stunning views to the west and is 600 meters above sea level.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr gut durchdacht und bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf eine Wiese. Von dort aus konnten wir häufig Rehe beobachten und sogar Falken beim Jagen zuschauen – wirklich ein schönes Naturerlebnis.Unsere Erfahrung hatte allerdings auch zwei negative Punkte:Zum einen wurde die Wiese unmittelbar vor der Terrasse während unseres Aufenthalts vom Bauer mit Gülle gedüngt. Der Geruch war leider extrem stark und sowohl auf der Terrasse als auch im Haus etwa 24 Stunden deutlich wahrnehmbar. Für empfindliche Nasen war das wirklich kaum auszuhalten.Der zweite Punkt betraf unseren kleinen, freundlichen Dackel. Er lief zum Nachbarhaus, um dort mit den Kindern zu spielen. Leider reagierte die Nachbarin sehr aufgebracht und drohte uns sogar mit der Polizei. Das war für uns eine unangenehme und völlig unerwartete Situation.Insgesamt ist das Haus selbst wirklich sehr schön und hochwertig, allerdings sollte man sich auf die Möglichkeit starker Gerüche durch die landwirtschaftliche Nutzung sowie auf ein offenbar etwas angespanntes Verhältnis zur Nachbarschaft einstellen (falls man mit einem Hund kommt).

Zeer mooi huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien en prachtig gelegen in een schitterende omgeving. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en lekker kunnen ontspannen.

Sehr schöne und sehr ruhige Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Schöne Wanderwege in der Nähe. Auch gut geeignet mit älteren Hunden. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf (auch für die Vierbeiner) im 5km entfernten Gerolstein. Auf der großen Terrasse gibt es inzwischen einen großen Sonnenschirm und eine elektrische Markise (ist auf den Fotos noch nicht abgebildet). Können die Unterkunft nur sehr weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten ein schönen Aufenthalt und konnten in Roth eine Auszeit vom Alltag genießen. Der schöne Blick, die Ruhe und die Sauna tragen schnell zum Entspannen bei.Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was in einem Ferienhaus benötigt.

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es stimmt einfach alles, die Lage mit Blick auf die Wiese und dem dahinterliegenden Wald. Von allen Räumen kann man diesen tollen Blick genießen. Ein Highlight ist auch die Sauna, aus der man ebenfalls diesen Blick hat. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus schon vorgewärmt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden. Alle Räume sind geschmackvoll und aufeinander abgestimmt eingerichtet, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage verbracht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus bekommt von uns eine 1+ :-) Gern kommen wir wieder!

Modernes Ferienhaus für erholsame Auszeit

Das Ferienhaus ist aufgrund der hervorragenden Lage nahe der Wiesen und Wälder und der modernen Ausstattung sehr gut für eine erholsame Auszeit insbesondere auch für Familien mit Hund geeignet. Der Ort Gerolstein oder der Wolfspark Kasselburg sind nur einige Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung.

perfekt für die Erholung in der Natur!

Wir haben uns sehr in dem geräumigen und exklusiv eingerichtenen Haus wohlgefühlt. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern in die freie Natur ist wunderschön. Diverse Wanderrouten liegen direkt vor der Tür, in der näheren Umgebung sind zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten vorhanden. Unser Ausflug nach Trier und der Kasselburg im Adler- und Wolfspark in Gerolstein hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Familie R. aus Brodersby an der Ostsee

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, direkt an Wald und Wiese gelegen, ideal für Kurzurlaub mit Hund, bis nach Gerolstein sind es nur ca. 8 Minuten, der Wolfspark in der Nähe ist ein tolles Erlebnis für die ganze Familie, sehr schöne Auszeit, vielen Dank!
