Blinds are in every room with additional curtains to block the light, if needed. The large pool, tennis courts and bocce field are all within walking distance and within the community. The enormous pool is heated and it has the clubhouse for social activities.
The apartment is conveniently located in South Naples, with grocery and market stores, as well as shopping/restaurants just minutes away. Famous buzzing 5th Ave is about 10 minutes drive, and beaches about 1 5 minutes away. You have one designated parking spot and several guest parking spots to accommodate any additional vehicles.
