Centrally located, this second floor condo features a screened-in lanai with tile flooring and casual furniture. Step inside and enter a nicely tiled kitchen and hall that leads into a carpeted dining, living, and two bedroom areas. Two bathrooms are available for guests (near each bedroom), as well as a utility room which includes a washer and dryer. For guests who enjoy watching TV, there are flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. This condo is a delightful and peaceful 'home away from home' that is completely furnished with linens, kitchen gear, beach chairs and umbrellas, tennis rackets; it is tastefully decorated to offer you a calm, quiet, and comfortable vacation.

If you like recreation, you found the right location. Tennis courts, bocce courts, and one of the most beautiful and spacious pools in Naples are just a few minutes walk from your door. In addition, a favorite for many guests is exercising on a 1-mile walking/biking path through the Winterpark Condo which brings you to Starbucks, Publix, and other food/health/financial venues.

Downtown Naples, with its extensive shopping, many restaurants on 5th Avenue and 3rd Street and the popular Naples Pier/beaches are a short drive (2-mi.) away from Winterpark. Other beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf Shore, include Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park (one of the most pristine stretch of beach in Florida) on 11135 Gulfshore Drive and Tigertail on Marco Island (wade across the lagoon then walk to the "tail"); these and others are all within a twenty minute drive from the condo. Not to be overlooked are the many kayaking tours (especially 'Up a Creek Kayak') providing calm naturalistic experiences for all.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation paradise is affordable, centrally located, and offers a delightful, pleasant and stress-free vacation experience. Just pack your bags!

Great condo!

This condo is affordable, close to downtown Naples, has a great pool, and a comfortable, clean living space. The description of the condo is exactly what we found and thank God they have comfortable beds. We visited the last month of spring and there was so much to do: kayaking with Susan and George at Rookery Bay (no experience required), ate at Sophia's Italian restaurant (authentic Italian cuisine ) and I went offshore fishing. The beaches were beautiful and the water was clean and not crowded. Finally, we went to Key West for a day on the Key West Express docked on Marco Island. We loved out stay and wish we could stay longer!
