The Small Print:

This unit and all units within the Vanderbilt Towers have a common laundry facility which is located on each floor of the building. This is card operated laundry where you take the card to the onsite office to charge money to it to do your laundry.

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. The HOA has an additional $100 application fee NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND PAID SEPARATELY.

503 needs update

We were unaware from listing entire ist floor was not restored, no building security. No garbage disposal,no trash chute, dishwasher didn't work every time, refrigerator froze would not go below 60°.Small temporary fridge wouldn't hold much. Several trips to grocery and or eat out all time. Inadequate clothing racks/ shelving. Master sliding door immovable. Annoying a/c condensation pump noise ,one outdoor fan inop. Sorry not a good value.

SUNSETS

We had a great month and liked our spacious 2 bedroom with gorgeous gulf views and sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would be ideal if the owner updated the guest room curtains and living room furnishings.

Great location, clean

Unit was clean with great view and a short walk to the beach. Light, totable beach chairs were supplied. Overall a good choice and reasonable price for the location.
