What an amazing villa for spending a fun and relaxing vacation! Located in the heart of Naples this gated community offers a private pool as well as a community pool. Located across the street from a great plaza that offers many dining choices, fitness facility and on Saturday mornings they have a wonderful Farmers Market!

Short drive to the beach, super close to shopping and dining and nighttime entertainment! This sought after community is centrally located, with easy access to The Galleria Shoppes At Vanderbilt, Mercato and Vanderbilt Beach.

Amenities at Marker Lake Villas include a swimming pool and community room. In addition, Marker Lake Villas is close to the Gulf of Mexico, Fifth Avenue and Mercato. Vanderbilt Beach is also not far from this community.

Marker Lake Villas is located in North Naples just south of Vanderbilt Beach Road between US-41 and I-75. This community is west of Airport Pulling Road North, east of Goodlette-Frank Road and north of Orange Blossom Drive.

Fantastic Rental and Great Location

Location was as good as it gets. The unit is super nice and is nice as the pictures show. It is really well equipped for indoor activities as well as the beach. The pool and view of the fountain are great. The owner and property manager were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. I would highly reccomend the unit!
