Owner was very nice-Property Manager also nice.Pool was tough to get to temp- mostly because it was cold outside- Don't rent this house if you are expecting to swim in weather that's not hot. Hot Water heater going- I did notify owner.Overall, a very nice , clean housel which was perfect for our needs, Close to 5th Avenue- a good 15 min drive. Not in the best part of Naples but convenient to everything.Owner left thoughtful things like games- I would recommend this place- just make sure the hot water heater fixed! Hous

The temperatures during the week of your stay were very low and went down to the 40s at night, which caused this difficulty. We confirm the owners have addressed the water heater issue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and value your comments. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you on a future visit!
