Kitchen is equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker and water filter.
Washer and Dryer in unit, Living room has Smart TV, WiFi, sofa with 2 swivel chairs. Dining Area has Floor to Ceiling glass Windows that can be opened for fresh air and Seabreeze, Dining area has Buffet and a Bar. Community is gated with covered assigned parking. Wonderful stay in a perfect location, top floor location provides fantastic views of the bay. Our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. Host extremely responsive, gorgeous beach a few minutes walk, and condo extremely clean and well equipped. Would definitely return in the future.

The host was very responsive and addressed all of my questions. I've been coming to Vanderbilt beach off-and-on for over 40 years and really appreciate the location of this condo. Everything was in good condition and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Vanderbilt Beach Delight

We had a fantastic season in this beautiful penthouse condo! Lovely, central location with fantastic view of Vanderbilt Lagoon, just steps to the beach and a short drive to Naples and fine dinning and shopping! Homeowners are very nice and super responsive if we had to reach out with a questions. We will definitely return in the future!!
