Located at the top of the rise in Alexandra Headland, this apartment offers breathtaking views from Mooloolaba to Coolum. With sweeping views of the bay and the glistening ocean below, you might not want to leave! Plus, the surf break is right in front of the property, adding to its charm.

PARKING

Covered garage parking is available for 1 vehicle on the ground floor with entry from Edward Street.



Additional street parking is available in front of the building.



ACCESS

The apartment is located on the second floor, with a lift available for your convenience if you prefer not to take the stairs.



KEYS/ACCESS

There is a lock box at the apartment for your keys. The code to the lock box will be sent to you prior to your arrival.



BATHROOM

The bathroom features a shower, vanity, and toilet.



LAUNDRY

The apartment includes a laundry with a washing machine for your convenience. Laundry detergent is not provided.



KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop, plates, cutlery, kettle, toaster, and more.



The dining table comfortably seats 4 guests, with extra room for 2 more if needed.



STARTER SUPPLIES

To keep cleaning costs low, we provide a starter pack including:



Tea, coffee, milk, and sugar



3-in-1 body wash and shampoo



2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet)



Beach towels for your use



You’ll need to purchase your own supplies after the starter pack is used up. We do not supply laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels.



AMENITIES

Enjoy a swim in the shared apartment pool or take a short walk to the patrolled beach nearby.

No Air-conditioning: Please note, the apartment is not air-conditioned.



This is not a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. Please respect the peace and quiet of the space and its neighbours. If we receive complaints, we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the premises immediately.



No Smoking: Smoking is strictly not permitted in or around the property. If you wish to smoke, please book elsewhere.



CLEANING CHARGE

The cleaning charge covers a standard clean. If the apartment is left with garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or a cigarette smell, additional cleaning and replacement costs may apply.
