Minutes to the beautiful beaches at Yallingup, Smiths Beach and Injidup. With panoramic windows that embrace the stunning location, a huge balcony out the front and at the rear a protected courtyard with outdoor table and seating with a gas barbecue and also fire pit (with wood supplied). Inside there are options of reverse cycle air-conditioned heating and cooling to the whole house with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and for those winter nights a beautiful wood heater.
The house is designed with one huge Kitchen, Dining and Living area with the bedrooms and bathrooms in two separate wings.
