Beginning October 13th, 2025, only one elevator is planned to be operational in the building during the elevator modernization project.
The modernization is expected to take approximately 24 weeks. Work hours will be 4 days a week, 10 hours a day. Noise will start at 7 am. During this project, a section of the breezeway in front of the elevators will be blocked off; however, there will still be a clear walkway for residents and guests to pass through safely. Please use caution around work areas and respect all posted safety signage.

In December 2025, the elevator in the club building will be out of service, and the gym and all club building units will only be accessible via the stairs. This will last approximately 7 weeks. Dates are subject to change.

Seawind 1904 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the heart of Gulf Shores with amazing Gulf-front views from the 19th floor.

Condo Features:

• Access to the balcony from the living room, primary bedroom, and guest king bedroom

• Tile flooring throughout the unit and carpet in the bunk room

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four, and there are three barstools for additional seating

• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit

• Living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom has a king-size bed

• Bunk room features a set of twin bunk beds (Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry

• Maximum of two cars allowed. Guests are required to purchase parking passes and armbands upon arrival at Seawind: Parking passes - $50 each (limit 2), Armbands - $2 each (limit 8). Cash or check only

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
