*PET POLICY*
• Rules for Dog Friendly:
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $100 per stay per dog
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous Airbnb experience.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Guests must wipe their dogs' paws before entering the premises.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and must not access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

*NOISES*
Please respect our peaceful community. No parties allowed. Keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evening.

*BBQ*
If you wish to access the BBQ or firepit area in winter, you'll have to clear the snow yourself. A shovel is provided.

*TOWELS*
Bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach/spa towels for the hot tub.

*NEIGHBOR INFO*
You may cross paths with our neighbors, as their private entrance is located at the rear of the property next to the terrace. They reside full-time in the basement unit and will not be a source of disturbance during your stay.
