Located high up on an ocean bluff in South Surreys exclusive Ocean Park. Enjoy unrestricted ocean views, bald eagles and unforgettable sunsets from the year-round spa hot tub. Stroll down nearby steps to explore Crescent Beach! Private patio door entrance to your ultra clean, cozy & quiet 1BR skylight suite. We live upstairs but do not share any space with the guests. Close to restaurants, shopping, Whiterock Pier, US border, and Hwy 99. Approx 30 min drive to YVR Intl Airport and the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal.

Absolutely no unregistered guests/visitors allowed on the property. (no exceptions)
Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind in the home. There is a smoking area outside the suite but the door must be closed.
Please remove your shoes before entering the home, and eat meals in the kitchen. (not in the bedroom)
