Only a few minutes walk to theKangaroo Point Cliff and the beautiful river side. A 10min walk to the new bridge to the CBD. About 15 min walk to the beautiful Southbank. Only 5 min walk to the Shafston College. Story Bridge is close by too. Suncorp Stadium is also in walkable distance.

You can enjoy the swimming pool and the little gym there for work out or leisure.
