We left less than an hour after getting there because the stench was so bad. Also there was an indoor pool that was not advertised with stagnant water and mold and no gates around it. We were a party of 13 and 2 older people 80. Only 3 towels for 13 people. Not enough comforters and soap either. We then spent 2 hours on the phone with VRBO since the host would not refund us despite sending pictures of the property as we found it. They would not refund us and now we have to dispute the charges with our credit card company. On top of that, we had to get 7 hotel rooms at midnight for our party. Very poor experience. Also could not access basement and laundry room due to construction which we were not informed about. Do not recommend staying at this property!!!

We’re sorry the property did not meet your expectations. However, several statements in this review are inaccurate. The photos shown were of the indoor pool while it was being serviced and of a maid/storage closet that is generally not accessible to guests. The indoor pool, basement, and laundry room were never listed or advertised as guest amenities. The home was prepared for your arrival as described in the listing. Your group chose to leave shortly after check-in and requested a full refund despite the property matching the advertised accommodations.
