Communication was easy and replies to my questions were prompt. Main room and bedrooms were fine- clean but very minimal. Just a bed - there were no bedside tables to put a charging phone or water bottle so those had to go on floor. An fyi for anyone who has sensitivity to fragrance -they had air wick plug ins all over. It didn’t bother me too much but I did remove the one in the bedroom as it was very powerful. I did not feel it was trying to mask a smell just to smell pretty. The bathroom sink, counter and toilet were clean. The bath mats on floor did have dark spots so did not look clean. The mat in the tub was very unclean. It had hair on it and when I moved it there was specks of dirt and more hair underneath. The drain was not properly draining either. I did not utilize the shower, but my husband did as he had shower socks. I notified the host and they said they would talk to their cleaners. No compensation was offered.
